My name is Lauren Radicchi, and I am a junior at Pawling High School in Pawling, New York. I am enrolled in my second of three years of the SUNY Albany Science Research course, which is a three-year, college-level research course with accreditation from SUNY Albany. Students selected for this exclusive program choose a research topic that they are passionate about, and are then required to create and execute an original, scientific experiment related to their area of interest, with the guidance of a mentor in the field. Depending on the situation, students will seek to either take part in a pre-existing study, or work on an individual project with guidance from their mentor.
ABOUT ME
Some of my Skills
I am proficient in Microsoft Office as well as Google Drive, and I’ve been honing my time management and critical thinking skills. I work well in teams and I have a very creative mind, which can offer alternative ideas that may not be thought of otherwise. I am a fast learner and very organized, which is very helpful to my work on my own research project.
